SPS is seeking a dynamic, hospitality-driven Workplace Solutions Manager to lead the delivery of integrated workplace services for a premier client location. This highly visible leadership role combines front-of-house hospitality, workplace experience, and office services operational oversight to create a seamless, engaging, and productive environment for employees, guests, and business stakeholders.
As the Workplace Solutions Manager, you will serve as the strategic leader responsible for the overall workplace environment—ensuring service excellence across reception, hospitality, meeting and event services, mail and office services, workplace operations, vendor management, and employee engagement initiatives. You will create an environment where exceptional service, operational excellence, and workplace innovation come together to support business success. This position builds upon key responsibilities traditionally associated with workplace experience leadership while expanding accountability to encompass all workplace service operations.
JOB SUMMARY
Lead the Workplace Experience
• Create and execute a workplace strategy that enhances employee engagement, productivity, and culture
• Deliver exceptional hospitality experiences for employees, clients, and visitors
• Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders on workplace trends, service delivery, and employee experience initiatives
• Develop workplace programs, events, activations, and engagement opportunities that position the office as a destination
• Foster an environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, wellbeing, and inclusion
Oversee Front-of-House Operations
• Lead reception, concierge, conference services, hospitality, and visitor management functions
• Ensure consistent delivery of world-class guest and employee experiences
• Oversee executive visits, VIP hosting, workplace events, and catering coordination
• Establish and maintain service standards across every customer-facing touchpoint
• Drive a hospitality-first culture that exceeds expectations
Manage Back-of-House Operations
• Oversee mailroom, shipping and receiving, office services, logistics, inventory, and workplace support functions
• Partner with facilities, technology, security, and food service providers to ensure seamless workplace operations
• Coordinate workplace moves, reconfigurations, and occupancy-related initiatives
• Monitor service levels, operational performance, and workflow efficiency
• Implement process improvements that increase service quality, productivity, and cost effectiveness
Lead Teams and Service Partners
• Recruit, develop, coach, and manage workplace service professionals
• Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and customer service
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery expectations
• Conduct regular team training focused on hospitality, service excellence, and operational best practices
Drive Business Results
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs)
• Analyze workplace data, customer feedback, and service metrics to drive continual improvement
• Manage workplace services budgets and identify opportunities for optimization
• Present business reviews, workplace insights, and performance reports to client leadership
• Lead strategic initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and workplace satisfaction
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, Operations Management, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in workplace services, hospitality, facilities, operations, or corporate services
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams
• Proven experience overseeing both customer-facing and operational service functions
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience supporting corporate, professional services, financial services, or Fortune 500 environments
• Exposure to integrated facilities management, workplace services, or hospitality operations
• Experience managing workplace technology and service management platforms

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
• Sitting at a computer for 50% of the time
• Walking/inspecting the site 50% of the time
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 pounds
• Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods
