Key job responsibilities include:  

Design and deliver telemetry-driven insights by integrating operational, endpoint, network, support, and employee experience data. Establish KPIs and baselines, identify trends and root causes, measure service improvements, and enable data-driven decision making through dashboards and analytics.

 

Key Skills:

Digital Experience Monitoring (DEX), Telemetry, SQL, Data Analytics, Dashboarding, ITSM Platforms, KPI Development, Root Cause Analysis, Data Integration, Automation & Reporting.

 

Travel may be required for this role.  The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here is what we need:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Endpoint Telemetry
• Minimum 4 years of experience in AI & Data Solution Architecture, Data Analysis & Interpretation
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Microsoft 365
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Digital Experience Design
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
