Sobre esta vaga de Workflow Consultant & Trainer na Elation Health
Elation Health is transforming primary care through a cloud-based clinical platform designed to improve both physician and patient quality of life. Our mission is to strengthen the relationship between patients and physicians by creating clinical-first technology that supports value-based care and streamlines clinician workflows.
Serving thousands of independent practices, medical groups, and risk-bearing entities across the country, Elation helps providers deliver exceptional care while meeting the operational and financial demands of modern healthcare.
We are seeking a highly motivated, bilingual Workflow Consultant & Trainer based in Southern California to lead onboarding, training, and workflow optimization efforts within our most strategic enterprise partner networks.
This role is centered on enabling providers and their teams to fully adopt and maximize Elation Health's platform through hands-on training, live and virtual instruction, and ongoing workflow consultation. The ideal candidate brings deep cultural competency and fluency in Korean and English, building lasting trust within the communities we serve.
You'll serve as the primary training and workflow resource embedded within our enterprise partner ecosystem, running structured training sessions, developing practice-specific workflows, and ensuring providers confidently adopt Elation. Expect 100% on-the-ground presence across partner sites, clinics, and community events.
This is a part-time contract role (30 hours/week) with a three-month review.
Responsibilities
Training Delivery — Live & Virtual
- Design and lead bilingual (Korean and English) onboarding and training sessions for providers, clinical staff, and practice administrators across enterprise partner networks.
- Deliver both in-person training at practice sites and structured virtual sessions via video conferencing tools.
- Build and maintain a library of training materials, workflows, quick reference guides, and session recordings in both languages.
- Run role-specific training tracks for physicians, MAs, front desk, and practice managers, ensuring each stakeholder understands their workflow within Elation.
- Facilitate group training workshops, one-on-one coaching sessions, and refresher trainings post-go-live.
Workflow Consultation
- Partner with practices to assess current workflows and map them to Elation's clinical platform, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.
- Provide tailored workflow recommendations that align with each practice's specialty, care model, and value-based care requirements.
- Guide providers through best practices for clinical documentation, care gap workflows, quality measure tracking, and EHR utilization.
- Collaborate with implementation and customer success teams to ensure workflow designs are scalable and sustainable.
Community & Provider Engagement
- Represent Elation Health at local provider events, workshops, and seminars, educating providers about the platform and building awareness of Elation's capabilities.
- Engage directly with providers and healthcare communities to build trust and credibility through culturally resonant communication.
- Act as a visible, trusted face of Elation in the field, attending partner-hosted events, IPA meetings, and provider roundtables.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Provider Relations and Engagement leads to coordinate training schedules and prioritize high-need practices.
- Provide structured feedback from the field on provider workflow challenges, training gaps, and adoption barriers to inform product and go-to-market strategy.
- Coordinate with implementation teams to maintain continuity from go-live through post-launch workflow stabilization.
Onboarding & Adoption Support
- Maintain active involvement through the onboarding period, serving as the primary training contact for practices in their first 30–90 days on Elation.
- Track training completion, session attendance, and post-training adoption metrics across the practice portfolio.
- Escalate adoption risks to Customer Success or Implementation leadership with documented context and a recommended action plan.
Performance & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of training delivery, session attendance, workflow assessments, and provider feedback in CRM and project management tools.
- Report on training KPIs including session completion rates, provider satisfaction scores, and adoption velocity by practice cohort.
- Continuously improve training materials and delivery methods based on provider feedback and outcomes data.
Required Qualifications
Bilingual Communication — Korean & English (Required)
- Fluent in Korean and English with the ability to deliver full training sessions, conduct workflow consultations, and develop written materials in either language.
- Strong cultural competency and awareness of Korean healthcare provider community norms and communication preferences.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, able to engage clinical and operational audiences with clarity and confidence.
