As a Workday Finance - Associate, you will play a pivotal role in consulting services for Workday finance applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will enable clients to optimize financial processes, improve financial reporting, and achieve their strategic objectives. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to implement Workday finance solutions effectively
- Supporting seamless integration and utilization of Workday finance applications
- Providing training and guidance to clients on optimizing financial processes
- Collaborating with team members to improve financial reporting capabilities
- Assisting in the development of financial management strategies for clients
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to inform strategic decisions
- Applying financial accounting and reporting standards in client engagements
- Engaging in business process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Utilizing financial modeling and forecasting techniques to support client objectives
- Participating in the administration of financial systems to maintain accuracy and compliance

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- Min 1+ years of relevant experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications in Financial Management, including Workday Financials, Accounting Center, Revenue Management, Expenses, or related finance platform credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Workday Financial Management software
- Utilizing financial forecasting and budgeting skills effectively
- Applying financial statement analysis to drive insights
- Engaging in finance transformation initiatives
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends for strategic decision-making
- Presenting financial reports with clarity and precision
