As a Workday Finance Associate you will support consulting services for Workday finance applications, helping clients analyze requirements, implement software solutions, and provide training and support that supports smoother use of the platform. As an Associate you will focus on learning and contributing to project work, building confidence across varied client settings, asking questions when the path forward is unclear, and developing your skills while delivering reliable work within our Digital Core Modernisation practice. In this role at PwC, you will help clients improve financial processes, strengthen reporting capabilities, and use Workday finance tools to support their business objectives.

Responsibilities

- Supporting Workday Financials configuration tasks, testing activities, and issue resolution for finance transformation projects
- Analyzing client finance processes and translating requirements into Workday system solutions
- Assisting with data validation, reconciliation, and reporting activities across financial modules
- Participating in workshops to gather business needs and document functional specifications
- Preparing test scripts, executing test scenarios, and tracking defects through resolution
- Contributing to training materials and user support resources for finance application adoption
- Reviewing financial reporting outputs to identify data gaps, process issues, and system refinement opportunities
- Applying Workday finance knowledge to help improve transaction processing, budgeting, and reporting workflows

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree

Min 1+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications in Financial Management, including Workday Financials, Accounting Center, Revenue Management, Expenses, or related finance platform credentials
- Demonstrating Workday Financials configuration experience in client support settings
- Applying accounting and financial reporting knowledge during implementation tasks
- Gathering client requirements and translating them into system solutions
- Using Financial Management software to support testing and issue resolution
- Learning finance transformation concepts across Workday project work
- Communicating clearly while adapting to changing client needs
