As a Workday - Experienced Associate, you will engage in consulting services for a variety of business applications, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency for clients. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Workday applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute reliably to your team, adapting to diverse client challenges and learning from each experience. You will take ownership of your work, consistently delivering quality that drives value for clients and success for the team. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will develop your skills and knowledge within our Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice, building your personal brand and opening doors to more opportunities. You will appreciate diverse perspectives, actively listen, and express ideas clearly, while gathering information to analyze facts and discern patterns. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement effective Workday software solutions
- Providing training and support for seamless integration of Workday applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting
- Developing and maintaining a broad understanding of various Workday applications
- Assisting in the design and execution of business process modeling and systems project management
- Supporting enterprise integration and technology implementation initiatives
- Engaging in active listening and gathering information to discern patterns and insights
- Applying technical consultation skills to address client challenges and drive project success
- Participating in the development of training materials to enhance client understanding and utilization of Workday solutions
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of business systems and processes through innovative design and technology integration

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience of Workday product experience
- Current pursuit of or an a Workday Pro certification
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources/Industrial Relations, Organizational Management/Behavior
- Demonstrating proficiency in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) projects
- Utilizing skills in business process modeling and enterprise integration
- Engaging in developing training materials for technology implementation
- Applying knowledge of emerging technologies in client support environments
- Excelling in active listening and communication within diverse teams
- Adapting to fast-paced environments with intellectual curiosity and optimism
