Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) arbeitest du an spannenden Projekten rund um Prozessoptimierung, Arbeitsplatzgestaltung und Effizienzsteigerung in unserer Produktion. Du analysierst Herausforderungen, entwickelst gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Experten Lösungen und unterstützt bei der Einführung neuer Systeme und Technologien. Dabei sammelst du wertvolle Praxiserfahrung in einem internationalen Medizintechnikunternehmen und erhältst spannende Einblicke in eine hochregulierte Fertigungsumgebung.

•    Dauer: bis zu 2 Jahre
•    Arbeitszeiten: 10–20 Stunden pro Woche
•    Arbeitsmodell: vor Ort 

Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen, wie folgt: 
•    Unterstützung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprojekten, indem proaktiv Optimierungsmöglichkeiten identifiziert und praktische Lösungen umgesetzt werden. 
•    Unterstützung bei der Analyse operativer Prozesse, um Engpässe, Ineffizienzen und Verbesserungspotenziale zu identifizieren. 
•    Unterstützung bei der Bewertung und Einführung neuer Systeme, Technologien und digitalen Werkzeuge zur Verbesserung von Fertigungs- und Verpackungsprozessen. 
•    Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Verbesserungsprojekten für Einrichtungen, Ausrüstung und Anlagen, einschließlich Neugestaltung von Reinräumen und Verpackungsbereichen.

Erforderliches Wissen und Fähigkeiten:
•    Einen Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, KI oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet anstreben
•    Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und mindestens fortgeschrittenes (B2) Niveau in Englisch 
•    Gute Kenntnisse von MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
•    Proaktivität und praktische Einstellung

Wäre von Vorteil: 
•    3D-Druckerfahrung
•    Interesse an Coding/Vibe-Coding und/oder Experimenten mit KI-basierter Prozessentwicklung
