Moderna is strengthening its international business services hub in Warsaw, supporting our growing global operations. We welcome professionals ready to help advance our mission and shape the future of mRNA medicines.

As part of Moderna’s US Commercial Contract Operations organization, you will play a hands-on role in the operational infrastructure behind our US commercial contracting activities. Based in Warsaw and working during regular office hours, you will manage contract and customer administration across a growing US portfolio, connecting contract pricing, customer eligibility, memberships, payments, and data to ensure accurate execution.

Operating as an individual contributor, you will partner with US Market Access colleagues, third-party vendors, wholesalers, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Account Management to translate commercial agreements into effective operational processes. You will combine detailed contract operations with analytics and reporting, helping scale Moderna’s Revenue Management capabilities while identifying opportunities to use digital and emerging Generative AI tools to improve efficiency and generate deeper insights.

Here's What You'll Do:

  • Develop a strong working knowledge of Moderna’s contract pricing structures, membership eligibility requirements, customer setups, and payment flows, understanding their downstream impact across US Market Access and Commercial operations.

  • Partner with third-party vendors and wholesaler partners to support accurate contract setup and execution within Moderna systems.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and contract membership data using Excel and customer information sources, protecting data integrity and supporting compliance requirements.

  • Establish and maintain a centralized database of contract rosters and key contract information, creating greater operational visibility and supporting accurate reporting.

  • Calculate and analyze administration fees due to contracted customers, including Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), and prepare outputs for managerial review and approval.

  • Consolidate data and produce reporting on key operational and financial metrics, providing the US Market Access team with information and insights to support decision-making.

  • Manage Moderna’s Revenue Management System (RMS) and maintain the contract matrix, ensuring continued alignment across pricing, customer eligibility, and compliance standards.

  • Collaborate across Legal, Finance, Operations, Account Management, and other stakeholders to support contract execution, resolve issues, and continuously strengthen operational processes.

  • Maintain departmental logs, shared mailboxes, documentation repositories, and operational trackers, helping ensure audit readiness, effective governance, and process continuity.

  • Research operational issues using multiple internal, external, and publicly available data points, identifying root causes and supporting effective resolution.

  • Support activities associated with chargebacks, rebates, and class-of-trade management, applying an understanding of relevant industry identifiers, including DEA, HIN, and 340B ID.

  • Support contract governance and compliance activities, including processes associated with SOX controls and audit requirements.

  • Deliver ad hoc reporting and analytical support as US Commercial business requirements evolve.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and create innovative solutions to operational challenges, navigating process changes within a heavily seasonal and fast-moving commercial environment.

  • Explore and apply digital tools and emerging Generative AI capabilities to enhance contract operations, automate or streamline appropriate activities, improve analytical efficiency, and generate actionable insights.

  • Communicate clearly and in a timely manner with US- and Poland-based leadership and stakeholders, presenting findings, operational topics, and potential solutions professionally.
