🌟 What You’ll Do

As a Water Treatment Service Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert helping customers protect their equipment, save energy, and stay in compliance. This account service position will provide tower cleaning, coil cleaning, chemical cleaning and some pre-treatment. This is a remote position, but required to live in the posted area.

• 🤝 Perform diagnostics on water treatment equipment: reverse osmosis Systems, water softeners, and other water treatment/conditioning systems.
• 🔍 Spot opportunities to improve water systems—stopping corrosion, preventing scale, boosting efficiency, and avoiding downtime.
• 📈 Perform on-site water testing & analysis (don’t worry, we train you).
• 💡 Determine condition of system fluids, identify malfunctions and take corrective actions.
• 📈 Provide routine preventative maintenance services; inspection, cleaning, and calibration of system components as necessary to assigned accounts
• 🤝 Accurately report service calls.
• 🔎 Schedule service and sales calls, including daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
• 🤝 Maintain customer chemical inventory which may include lifting 5 gallon pails that weigh approximately 55-75 lbs.

🔎 What We’re Looking For

• Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to build relationships
• 3-5 years of work experience in a field using mechanical principles
• Experience in the water treatment or related industry a plus
• Ability to work flexible schedule, some weekends required
• Very organized with exceptional follow-through abilities Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers solve real problems.
• Comfortable traveling within your territory.
• Valid driver’s license.
