What You Can Expect:
- WMS management - Process inbound and outbound warehouse orders
- Inventory control - Provide regular stock and activity reports to customers.
- Dispatching (communicating Internal / external).
- General Inbound/Outbound Support:LCL cross dock loading/unloading.Picking, packing and dispatch of orders.
- Operating forkliftsContainer loading/unloading.Loading/unloading trucks.
- Carrying out daily safety checks.
- Additional general warehouse duties as required housekeeping.
- Respond to clients promptly to enquiries regarding inventory, deliveries, and order status.
- Manage customer expectations and escalate operational issues where required.
- Assist with invoice preparation and resolution of billing queries.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years’ experience in Warehousing and or Forwarding Operations
- AP accreditation preferred
- Forklift experience
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Intermediate level of proficiency with MS applications (e.g. Excel)
