Responsibilities:

Iron Mountain is seeking a proactive Smart Sort/ Data Entry to join our Information Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities under direct supervision, tracking deliverables, and managing specialized data input workflows—including record moves, destruction candidates, and removal requests—to ensure timely execution. You will collaborate closely with a dynamic, cross-functional team dedicated to delivering high-quality client support and maintaining strict information security controls.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Manage Project Lifecycles & Deliverables: Evaluate and execute program plans from inception through completion by developing schedules, managing subsystem deliverables, and maintaining accurate data input workflows.

• Collaborate with Stakeholders & Clients: Partner with internal project teams, senior project managers, and external clients to communicate project status, align on technical requirements, and proactively resolve delays or risks.

• Ensure Compliance & Information Security: Adhere strictly to organizational security controls, quality standards, and data integrity procedures across all assigned tasks and business processes.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, data administration, or operational process management.

• Strong knowledge of project management principles, data keying workflows, and information security standards.

• Proven ability in creative problem-solving, active listening, clear written and oral communication, and adapting to changing priorities.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant coursework preferred.
