Responsibilities

Work in a safe manner, following all safety rules and procedures.
· Wear personal protective equipment as required.
· Respond effectively in emergency situations.
· Operates hand truck or various truck from our fleet of trucks (fork, reach, picker) to move or
convey shipments.
· Assembles finished goods. orders and loads shipments based on established standard
operating procedures.
· Prepares skids: straps, stretch wraps, weighs.
· Receives incoming shipments based on established standard operating procedures.
· Prints and pulls warehouse transfers and orders.
· Receives, inspects and stores merchandise or materials.
· Executes all aspects of shipping orders and receiving product from outside vendors.
· Restocks corrugated and production’s needs.
· Works with Production department.
· Assembles loads for other facilities as needed.
· Housekeeping responsibilities.
· Assists in training of new employees.
· All other duties as assigned.

PEFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· 2-5 years’ experience in a warehouse environment.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced team setting.
· Ability to read and comprehend work instructions and packaging specifications.
· Ability to effectively communicate and present findings to a wide variety of audiences.
· Ability to frequently lift up to 35 lbs. and occasionally up to 49 lbs.

· Ability to work at elevated heights.
· Basic computer systems knowledge.
