About the role 

As Waiter/Waitress B at Domes Aulus Elounda, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent service in a fast paced dining environment. You will serve food and beverages and support your colleagues to create a positive dining experience for every guest. 

What you will do 

Guest service 

• Welcome guests warmly and promptly. 

• Support the Waiter/Waitress A in taking and delivering food and beverage orders. 

• Provide attentive and courteous service throughout the meal, responding to guests' needs and preferences. 

• Thank guests warmly as they leave and invite them to return. 

Operations 

• Set and clear tables promptly, removing dishes, glassware and cutlery. 

• Keep dining areas clean and organised. 

• Help maintain stock levels of supplies and equipment. 

• Follow all health and safety regulations. 

• Support the Waiter/Waitress A in maintaining our service standards with friendly, courteous and professional service. 

Teamwork 

• Work with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure food and beverages are delivered on time. 

Requirements

What you will bring 

Essential 

• Conversational English. 

• The ability to work under pressure and manage several priorities at once. 

• Good organisational skills, with a proactive approach and an eye for detail. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

• The ability to build strong working relationships within the department and across the hotel. 

Desirable 

• Previous experience in hospitality, ideally in a luxury environment. 

• Knowledge of health, safety and hygiene regulations. 

• Familiarity with POS systems. 

• A high school diploma or vocational training in hospitality.
