We are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our VIP Account Management Department as VIP Account Executives and help build the foundation of this exciting team.

What you will work on

• Manage and develop relationships with assigned VIP players.
• Deliver personalized communication and premium player experiences.
• Understand player behavior and preferences to increase engagement and loyalty.
• Collect feedback and identify opportunities to improve the player experience.
• Proactively support retention activities and reduce risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve player needs.
• Maintain accurate player records and document interactions.
• Represent a professional, player-first approach at all times.

What you bring

• Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1+ year of working experience in the VIP team and betting company or experience in Customer Support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of CRM tools.
• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
• Fluency in English will be a plus.
