Keller Executive Search is recruiting an accomplished finance leader on behalf of our client. This permanent, full-time executive appointment offers the opportunity to lead the finance function, advise senior leadership and shape the financial strategy of an established organization.

The successful candidate will oversee financial planning and analysis, accounting, reporting, treasury and internal controls. They will combine technical financial expertise with commercial judgment, translating complex information into practical recommendations that support performance, investment decisions and sustainable growth.

This role is suited to a hands-on executive who can operate strategically while maintaining high standards of financial discipline and execution. It also offers meaningful scope for career progression based on the individual's experience and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance analysis.
• Advise senior leadership on financial performance, resource allocation, risk, investment decisions and growth opportunities.
• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, treasury, cash flow, working capital and internal controls.
• Maintain accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP.
• Develop management reporting, financial models, dashboards and performance metrics that support informed decision-making.
• Partner with operational leaders to improve profitability, financial accountability and business performance.
• Coordinate audit, tax and compliance activities with external professional advisers.
• Improve finance systems, policies, processes and controls to support effective execution and future growth.
• Evaluate business cases, capital requirements and strategic initiatives.
• Build, lead and develop a high-performing finance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including at least 5 years in senior finance leadership.
• Demonstrated leadership across budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow and internal controls.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and standard financial governance practices.
• Experience leading and developing finance teams.
• Ability to advise senior executives and translate complex financial information into clear commercial recommendations.
• Strong executive communication, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred

• CPA, CMA, MBA or another relevant advanced qualification.
• Experience in an operationally complex or multi-site organization.
• Experience improving ERP platforms, finance systems, reporting tools or planning processes.
• Experience supporting investment evaluation, financing, mergers and acquisitions or other strategic transactions.
• Experience spanning both corporate and operational finance.
