Job Description

Revelyst is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Vice President of Marketing to lead the strategic and operational marketing efforts for its Golf Technology platform, including category-leading brands Foresight Sports ,Bushnell Golf, GolfLogix.

This executive will be responsible for defining and executing a unified marketing strategy across hardware and software offerings, accelerating direct-to-consumer (D2C) growth, expanding lead generation, and strengthening brand equity across global markets. The Vice President will lead all aspects of performance marketing, digital commerce, demand generation, and brand marketing, while partnering closely with Sales, Customer Support, and Custom Build teams to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

This role requires a seasoned marketing leader with deep golf industry expertise, strong commercial acumen, and a proven track record of building high-performing, integrated marketing organizations in technology-enabled consumer businesses.

This position reports to the President and General Manager of Revelyst Golf Technology and is based out of Carlsbad, CA.

As the Vice President of Marketing, you will have an opportunity to:

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand and marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

• Serve as a key member of the Precision Sports & Technology leadership team, contributing to overall platform strategy and execution.

• Hold brand and performance together: build the brand salience that puts RGT’s brands at the front of the golfer’s mind while running efficient, accountable demand generation

Performance Marketing & Demand Generation

• Lead all aspects of performance marketing, including paid media, SEO/SEM, affiliate, and conversion optimization

• Build scalable lead generation engines for both consumer and B2B segments (e.g., golf facilities, fitters, retailers) with disciplined alignment to

• Scrutinize where each marketing dollar goes furthest, manage to ROAS and CAC/LTV, and reallocate without sentiment when the numbers say to

Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) & Digital Commerce

• Own D2C growth strategy including accountability for site traffic, conversion rate, and revenue across sites

• Own the full D2C funnel: product detail pages, checkout experience, aligning with sales on promotional strategy, lifecycle and retention

• Partner with Product and Technology teams to enhance digital experiences and conversion across platforms

• Leverage CRM and marketing automation to drive personalization, repeat purchase, and lifetime value

Brand Marketing & Partnerships

• Elevate the global brand presence of Foresight Sports, Bushnell Golf, and the broader RGT portfolio so they become the reflexive name golfers reach for in each category

• Expand the reach and impact of influencer, athlete, and celebrity partnerships, holding each to a measurable return than reach alone

• Oversee integrated campaigns, content strategy, PR, partnerships, and sponsorships within the golf ecosystem

• Ensure consistent brand storytelling across channels and customer touchpoints

Cross-Functional & External Partners

• Partner closely with Product Development, Finance, and Sales to align launches to the marketing roadmap, defend marketing investment case, and feed Sales qualified demandSupport product launches with integrated marketing plans tied to both hardware and software innovation

• Direct external agencies and contractors as an extension of the team, managing them to key deliverables and budget

Team Leadership & Development

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing, scalable marketing organization across multiple disciplines

• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, rigor, and continuous improvement

• Attract and retain top marketing talent with expertise in both consumer and technology-driven marketing

You have:

• 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with at least 5–7 years in a senior executive role

• Deep golf industry experience required, including exposure to equipment, technology, launch monitors, or connected golf platforms

• Strong background in both hardware and software marketing, ideally within consumer or prosumer technology categories

• Proven success scaling D2C businesses and driving measurable growth through performance marketing

• Expertise in lead generation, CRM, marketing analytics, and digital transformation

• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-brand portfolios and manage complex go-to-market strategies

• Track record of effective cross-functional leadership with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience teams

Pay Range:

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
