Job Description

You will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, overseeing critical business functions, and contributing to the bank's overall growth and profitability. This position requires a seasoned professional with proven leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of the financial services industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective delivery of objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals, increase market share, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the financial performance of assigned portfolios, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with business operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal departments.
• Drive innovation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Represent the bank in external forums, industry events, and client engagements as required.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on complex financial matters and business decisions.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, contributing to their professional growth and career progression.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the banking or financial services industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven track record of success in strategic planning, business development, and financial management.
• Strong understanding of banking products, services, regulations, and market dynamics.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
