THE ROLE

Vibee is seeking a Seasonal Graphic Designer to support our growing portfolio of live event and travel experiences. This role will work closely with the Sr Designer to execute creative assets across digital, print, environmental, and experiential touchpoints. This position will report to VP of Marketing and Sr Designer. This is a remote position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create production ready assets based on existing key art and brand guidelines

• Resize and adapt creative for multiple formats, platforms, and dimensions

• Design event signage, pull up banners, directional signage, table tents, and environmental graphics

• Prepare print ready files and production specifications

• Support social media, email, web, and digital marketing asset creation

• Assist with asset organization, versioning, and production workflows

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all deliverables

• Train and provide support in onboarding team members, clients, vendors and partners when needed

• All other projects and initiatives as identified

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design​ preferred.

• 2+ years of graphic design experience

• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop

• Experience preparing files for print production and large-format graphics

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Ability to work within established brand systems and key art packages

• Experience in live events, hospitality, entertainment, music, or experiential marketing is a plus

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments in dynamic work locations

• May work in drastic temperature climates while on site at events

• Must be willing to travel to work during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines

Hiring Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00 USD
