- Full-process gold vault clerical work: sort, file, archive and retrieve operation documents (inbound/outbound, inventory records, etc.)
- Real-time and accurate data entry in WMS for all gold vault transactions (receipt, storage, dispatch, inventory adjustment)
- Assist in preparing and verifying inventory reports, ensure consistency of system data, paper documents and physical inventory
- Adapt to fast-paced precious metals vault operations work, follow SOPs, schedules and complete daily tasks on time
- Education: High Diploma, Associate’s/bachelor’s degree preferred
- Professional Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); WMS operation experience is a strong advantage
- Language: Fluent in Cantonese (oral & written); good English for email communication
- 1–3 years of clerical/documentation/data entry experience; warehouse/precious metals vault experience highly preferred
- Strong adaptability and execution, follow instructions and adjust work priorities flexibly
- Basic understanding of precious metals/ vault operation processes (preferred)
