Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will enhance access for our current products and drive access for new products to serve patients.

Responsibilities:

• Building value proposition and negotiation strategies for key brands including necessary material.
• Map decision processes and identify key decision makers.
• Organize regular interactions with cross-function teams and share center objectives and information.
• Demonstrates a deep customer-centric mentality through applied knowledge of the critical drivers of the future landscape
• Lead the execution part of the Key Account Excellence process
  • Build relationships with identified stakeholders at the medication access level
  • Ensure reimbursement of new products (Necessary insurance codes and their renewal)
  • Ensure a consistent value offer, account calculation, and implementation follow-up
  • Follow-up and update accounts and stakeholders analysis, ensuring a developing understanding of customer needs
• Liaising with PSP coordinator for patients’ Support programs in the country
• Liaising with Pricing team on Prices’ control, tracking, and business case development

Output:

• Gulf wide Access Strategy for identified brands
• Inclusion of products in Hospital Formularies with price conditions that reflect the value
• High-quality internal and external customer relationships
• Periodic activity reporting in the covered area (Customer Calls, net sales analysis, Price evaluation)
• Developing solutions to address customer needs and bring maximal value for all parties

Qualifications:

• Min Bachelor`s Degree
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical industry promotion
• Demonstrated track record of introduction of new products in Hospitals
• Experience in Access negotiations with Hospital Pharmacists and other key decision makers
• Thorough knowledge of the majority of decision makers in his/her area
• Proficient in doing scientific/promotional presentations
• Demonstrated track record of working with objectives and achieving them
• History of working in complex and cross-functional teams
• History of working in innovative and/or multinational companies
• Able to read scientific articles and to do oral presentations in English

Preferred Requirements

• Key Account Management or Access Management experience is a plus
• University Degree in a Life Sciences or Health Economics
• Post-graduate degree or Courses on Negotiation Techniques, Communication Techniques
• Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication
