Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Pre-Litigation Case Manager / Legal Assistant to support our growing personal injury practice. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to building a long-term career within a supportive and high-performing team.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM EST
Monthly Compensation: 1,220 to 1,320 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Request and follow up on police reports, medical records, and related documentation
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims and coverage
- Prepare and send Letters of Representation
- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters throughout the pre-litigation phase
- Prepare and organize documentation for negotiations and potential settlements
- Provide regular case updates regarding insurance coverage, treatment status, and case developments
- Maintain regular communication and follow-up with clients to ensure an excellent client experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Case Manager, Legal Assistant, or similar role within a personal injury law firm
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining attention to detail
- Comfortable communicating with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies
- Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently while remaining accountable to deadlines and expectations
