Sobre esta vaga de US Enrollment - Focused Clinical Study Team Lead (Secondment - 12 Months) na Pfizer

Pfizer · Presencial · United States - Connecticut - Groton

WHY PATIENTS NEED YOU

The successful execution of clinical trials is essential to generate evidence to bring meaningful new medicines to patients. Every milestone—from study start-up, enrollment, conduct through completion—contributes to the quality, speed, and reliability of the evidence that informs treatment options and advances patient care.

Recruiting a patient population that reflects the people affected by the disease helps ensure that study results are relevant and informative to those who may ultimately use the medicine. This requires leaders with a focus on supporting clinical study teams to recruit efficiently and inclusively, balance representative enrollment with local and global regulatory requirements and resolve barriers to avoid delays to trial delivery. By enabling high-quality execution and timely enrollment, this role helps accelerate the development of new medicines for patients who need them.

In this role, you will serve as the dedicated U.S. Enrollment Clinical Study Team Lead for an assigned Accelerate priority Oncology study, leading a sub-team focused on delivering U.S. enrollment, key performance indicators, and emerging priorities. You will partner closely with the study Clinical Study Team Lead and core study team, with particular emphasis on the GSM, Recruitment Strategist, and Clinical Development Scientist, and engage additional partners such as the GDPL, FMD, U.S. CSOM, Site Care Partners, and other site-facing colleagues. Through regular dialogue and coordinated updates, you will help the team respond promptly and effectively to leadership and governance requests.

You will share accountability for U.S. enrollment performance with core study team members and facilitate development and implementation of an integrated U.S. plan from start-up through active recruitment. By encouraging open discussion and drawing on diverse functional and site-level perspectives, you will help the team test and align baseline site activation and recruitment plans, maintain one shared view of progress, connect U.S. delivery to the global plan, coordinate escalation efforts requiring site outreach, and address risks early through agreed pathways.
