Registered Nurses 

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, Bachelor’s degree (BSN) preferred

• RNs hired with an Associates (ASN) degree have 2 years to complete the BSN degree

• Valid State of Florida Registered Nurse License

• ACLS, BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required

• Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience.  

• Additional experience and certifications depending on area of specialty

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) 

• Graduate from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program

• Valid Florida Certified Nursing Assistant license

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required

• Minimum of one (1) year of CNA experience required

Medical Assistant

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate from an approved Medical Assistant educational program recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (USDE). Certification (Must be certified by one of the below):
• CMA- Certified Medical Assistant
• RMA- Registered Medical Assistant
• CCMA- Certified Clinical Medical Assistant
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• HIV & AIDS Certification: Florida HIV/AIDS Healthcare Professional Continue Education(CE) Certification.

Experience:

• Medical Assistant 1 - No previous experience required
• Medical Assistant 2 - Minimum 2 years experience

Patient Access Representatives

• High School diploma or equivalent

• One (1) year of relevant experience required; experience in a healthcare related setting preferred

Patient Access Associates

• High School Diploma or equivalent  

Surgical Assistants

• Required High School or equivalent

• Graduate from an accredited program, four-year degree in related field, or medical school graduate (foreign or domestic)

• Certification in relevant specialty or field

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Respiratory Therapist  

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Certification and Licensing:
• Valid Florida RRT License
• Active - American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers
• Experience:
• Newly licensed RRTs will be considered

Radiology Positions:

• Radiologic Technologist
• MRI Technologist
• Nuclear Medicine Technologist
• Radiation Therapy Technologist
• Ultrasound Technologist
• Mammography Technologist
• CAT Scan Technologist
• Multi-Modality Technologist

• Graduate from an accredited program relevant to area of specialty
• Certification and Licensing:
• Applicable licensures and certification required
• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience

Pharmacy Technician (various locations available in Dade and Broward)

• High School Diploma or equivalent/relevant experience, certification or license
• Vaild State of Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician license required

Patient Access

• Patient Access Associate: High School Diploma required
• Patient Access Representative 1: High School Diploma required and one (1) year of relevant experience required
• Patient Access Representative 2: High School Diploma required and two (2) years of relevant experience required
• Patient Access Representative 3: High School Diploma required and three (3) years of relevant experience required

Central Sterile

• Supervisor, Central Sterile Processing:High School Diploma or equivalent/relevant experience, certification or license. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required.
• Clinical Educator, Sterile Processing: Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Preferred or all 4 certifications), CRCST (Certified Registered Central Service Technician), or Equivalent, or CST (Certified Surgical Technician), CIS (Certified Instrument Specialist), CHL (Certified Healthcare Leader), CER (Certified Endoscope Reprocessor),five (5) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience in Central Sterile Processing and/or Operating Room.
• Central Sterile Processing Technician 1 and 2:High School Diploma or equivalent/relevant experience, certification or license.Certification and Licensing:  Hold one of the following certifications. CRCST (Certified Registered Central Service Technician) IAHCSMM, CSPDT (Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician) CBSPD, CST (Certified Surgical Technician) NBSTSA, BLS certification is required from the American Heart Association. Experience in the field.

Surgical Technician:

• Education:High School Diploma or equivalent/relevant experience, certification or license
• Experience:
  Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required
