Our 18-month Graduate Programme is designed to unleash your potential through three dynamic rotations, including an international assignment. You’ll gain hands-on experience, build a global network, and lay the foundation for a thriving career in wealth management.

Your team:

As part of the Luxembourg / Data & Regulatory Solutions you will join Data and Analytics Team, which plays a key role in delivering trusted data solutions that support business intelligence, regulatory reporting, risk management, and strategic decision-making across the organization.

YOUR CHALLENGE

During the programme, you will:

• Follow a structured learning path designed to develop you into a Data Engineer

• Gain practical experience working on business-critical data and analytics solutions

• Learn how data supports regulatory reporting, risk management, and business decision-making

• Develop expertise in SQL/Python, data modelling, and modern data engineering practices

• Work on meaningful projects that deliver value to the business from day one

• Receive mentoring and coaching from experienced professionals

• Build a strong foundation for a long-term career in data, analytics, and financial services

YOUR PROFILE

• Master's degree (or equivalent) from a university or university of applied sciences in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, with strong academic results (graduated within the last 12 months)

• Initial practical experience through internships, student projects, research work, or entry-level roles in data engineering, analytics, software development, or related technology fields

• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases, with exposure to Python, data warehousing, or business intelligence tools considered an advantage

• Strong interest in data, analytics, and technology, with a desire to build a career in modern data engineering

• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

• A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment

• Fluency in English (written and spoken); German and/or French would be an asset

• Eligibility to work in Luxembourg and/or the country where the position is based
