About the role: 

The Part-Time Turndown Attendant is responsible for preparing guest rooms for evening service, ensuring a relaxing and welcoming environment in line with Four Seasons standards. This role focuses on detail-oriented service, anticipating guest preferences, and delivering a personalized experience. This position is part of the Housekeeping team, reporting to Housekeeping Management. 

What you will do: 

• Service a designated number of occupied guest rooms during evening shifts, preparing them for turndown service 

• Replace used towels and amenities, refresh bathrooms, and ensure all surfaces are clean and presentable 

• Prepare beds for evening comfort, adjust lighting, close drapes, and create a relaxing room ambiance 

• Fold and organize guest belongings when appropriate and according to Four Seasons standards 

• Remove room service trays, dishes, and carts from guest room areas 

• Prepare unoccupied guest rooms for arriving guests as needed 

• Perform full Guest Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and late check-out rooms when required 

• Restock amenities including toiletries, stationery, and guest supplies 

• Assist with responsibilities in the absence of or during high volume periods for the Lobby Attendant, Guest Room Attendant, and House Attendant positions 

• Maintain housekeeping carts and linen closets at established par levels 

• Perform daily opening and closing procedures 

• Uphold maintenance, cleanliness, and safety standards throughout the resort 

• Communicate guest requests, preferences, and concerns to management promptly 

What you bring: 

• High school diploma or equivalent experience 

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar position; previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred 

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English 

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness 

• Excellent guest service and communication skills 

• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment 

• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays 

• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and pushing housekeeping equipment throughout the shift
