The Treasury Analyst supports the firm’s global treasury operations by managing daily liquidity, cash reporting and forecasting, payment execution, bank account administration, and treasury controls. The role analyzes treasury data, supports banking and financial risk activities, and partners with Finance and other business teams to improve processes, strengthen controls, and provide timely, accurate information for decision-making.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare daily cash positions, monitor liquidity across domestic and international accounts, and communicate cash balances and material activity to leadership.
- Prepare and execute electronic payments and cash transfers through approved banking platforms in accordance with authorization requirements and segregation-of-duties controls.
- Prepare short- and medium-term cash forecasts, analyze forecast-to-actual variances, and recommend improvements to forecast accuracy.
- Monitor excess operating cash and execute approved transfers or investment transactions consistent with firm policy.
- Support day-to-day relationships with domestic and global banking partners, coordinate service requests, and assist with bank fee and service reviews.
- Administer bank accounts and related documentation, including account openings and closings, authorized signatories, user access, and periodic access reviews.
- Administer the firm’s credit card programs and respond to internal and external inquiries.
- Prepare debt covenant calculations, compliance certificates, and related quarterly and annual reporting in accordance with credit agreements.
- Budget and forecast interest income and expense, analyze variances, and support treasury reporting and dashboards.
- Assist with letters of credit, rental guarantees, performance guarantees, and other banking instruments.
- Review and administer escrow and trust arrangements in accordance with firm policies, including related receipts, payments, records, and reconciliations.
- Support monitoring of foreign currency exposures and approved foreign exchange transactions, as applicable.
- Maintain treasury documentation and support internal and external audits, compliance reviews, and business continuity procedures.
- Participate in the annual insurance renewal process and coordinate requests for certificates of insurance and other insurance-related information.
- Support treasury systems and banking-platform administration, data integrity, testing, automation, and process-improvement initiatives.
- Maintain treasury policies and procedures, identify control or operational gaps, and recommend improvements that strengthen risk management and efficiency.
- Perform other treasury and finance responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
- Three or more years of experience in treasury, banking, corporate finance, or a related area, preferably supporting multi-entity or global operations.
- Experience with cash positioning, payments, cash forecasting, bank account administration, and online banking platforms.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to analyze financial data, identify variances, and communicate conclusions clearly.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate effectively across functions and regions.
- Experience in a global professional services organization.
- Familiarity with foreign exchange, investments, debt compliance, financial controls, and audit support.
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or progress toward a relevant professional certification.
