ICF’s transportation electrification programs help utilities and their customers accelerate the transition to electric vehicles and charging infrastructure. Our teams support residential and commercial customers, multifamily properties, fleets, public entities, and community stakeholders through incentive delivery, infrastructure planning and implementation, market transformation, customer education, and program administration.
To support the implementation of a future utility transportation electrification program in New Mexico, we are seeking professionals with experience in electric vehicles, EV charging infrastructure, utility programs, customer incentive delivery, engineering, project management, marketing, outreach, analytics, and business development.
Please note: We are looking for candidates currently located in or willing to relocate to New Mexico. This posting is not for immediate opportunities but for potential future work and opportunities.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$73,738.00 - $125,354.00New Mexico Remote Office (NM99)
