Sobre esta vaga de Transformation Communication Specialist na STARK Group
Transformation Communication Specialist
Can you turn complex change into a story that people understand, believe in and act upon? If so, you could become the voice behind Athene, STARK’s transformation programme.
Athene is more than a programme. It is a comprehensive transformation of our processes, systems and the way we work. That is why we are looking for a strong Transformation Communication Specialist who can ensure that these changes are understood, embraced, and embedded throughout the organisation.
Your Role
You will act as the link between the Athene programme and the business, playing a key role in creating one unified Athene narrative across projects, functions and markets.
You will need to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. One day you might be developing the communication strategy for a new programme workstream. The next day you could be producing leadership communication materials, building campaigns or creating content for the intranet, newsletters or Viva Engage.
You succeed when leaders actively drive change through communication, employees understand Athene and see its relevance to their daily work, and your communication creates engagement, strengthens adoption of new ways of working, and ensures a consistent story across projects and functions.
Your Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning
- Execute and further develop the overall communication and engagement strategy for Athene.
- Define and drive the shared Athene narrative across programme workstreams and projects.
- Develop clear, action-oriented communication plans that support programme milestones.
Communication and Engagement
- Develop communication materials in a variety of formats aligned with the channel strategy.
- Equip leaders to become the transformation’s most important communication channel.
- Drive and develop the programme’s communication channels, including the landing page and newsletter.
- Ensure that communications answer the most important question for employees: “What does this mean for me?”
Measurement and Impact
- Define communication and engagement KPIs.
- Measure understanding, engagement, readiness, and adoption.
- Turn insights and feedback into continuous improvements to the communication approach.
What We Are Looking For
We imagine that you:
- Have experience with internal communication and preferably change communication from larger transformation-, implementation or digitalisation programmes.
- Are a strong storyteller who can make complex processes, systems and organisational changes simple, relevant and engaging.
- Are empathetic, quick to understand people and have an eye for detail when tailoring the same message to different audiences.
- Have worked with digital communication channels and communities such as intranets, Viva Engage, or similar platforms.
- Can develop strategies, plans and tangible communication products. You have excellent writing skills and enjoy producing content yourself, naturally supported by AI tools.
- Have experience with Canva or other visual design tools and can create presentations, infographics and communication materials. Experience with video production is an advantage.
- Are curious, self-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. You build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across the organisation.
- You communicate fluently in both written and spoken Danish and English. While Danish is essential for engaging effectively with colleagues across the business, most communication materials are developed in English, making excellent English communication skills a must. If you master another Nordic language, it is only an advantage.
What We Offer
You will become a key member of the Athene programme and report to the Head of Business Change & Implementation. At the same time, your daily home base will be STARK’s Internal Communications team, where you will join a strong professional environment focused on internal communication, employee engagement, and leadership communication.
This gives you a unique opportunity to combine close involvement in a major transformation programme with strong communication expertise and professional sparring, helping to bring change even closer to the business.
We are a small but highly capable communications team of four people, where collaboration, knowledge sharing and professional excellence are a natural part of everyday work.
The position is based in Viby J, Aarhus.
Once the programme has been fully rolled out in Denmark, you will support its implementation across other Nordic countries. In this phase, you can expect approximately 10-15 travel days per year.
