What You Can Expect:
- Coordinate course bookings and training schedules.
- Contact customers regarding upcoming training renewals and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Prepare training materials, certificates and course documentation.
- Assist with invoicing and general office administration.
- Stationery and catering orders/reconciliation.
- Room hire coordination.
- Maintain accurate training records and learner information.
- Assist with marketing activities and online content.
- Following training, provide backup support in delivering selected training courses.
What You Bring:
- Has proven administration or office coordination experience.
- Is highly organised and enjoys keeping things running smoothly.
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Is confident speaking with people and comfortable presenting to small groups (or willing to develop these skills).
- Is comfortable with light physical tasks such as preparing training rooms and moving training equipment.
- Is confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
- Has a positive attitude, takes initiative and enjoys being part of a small team.
