What you'll be doing : 

Update freight rates database :

• Update rates according to buyers' information
• Corrections of obsolete carriers and equipment used
• Standardize postal codes and city names

Pre-billing analysis :

• Daily monitoring of reporting errors
• Analysis of manual price changes by plant
• Search and correction of wrong distances

Other tasks :

• Extraction of European fuel indexes (IRU)
• Occasional support to plant on the pre-billing tool
• Regular progress report of the internship and the objectives
