HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Varsity Spirit Traditional Staff is looking for great instructors to join on summer camp staff. A fun and exciting position with a company whose mission is to elevate the student experience and create memorable experiences for young people.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Instructional Summer Camp Staff will be expected to be successful teachers, mentors, performers and teammates

• Staff will be trained on curriculum, teaching techniques, policies and procedures

• Instructional Summer Camp Staff will be scheduled based on the need of camps and events in your area

• Seasonal variable hour and/or part-time Camp Staff, working hours will be dependent on the event worked, and the role assigned

​ QUALIFICATIONS 

• Must be over 18 years of age.

• Experienced and skilled in cheerleading or dance

• Able to work independently and as part of a team, create effective solutions, on-site management skills

• Ability to travel to trainings and camp locations using their own transportation and meet minimum requirements for availability during certain months

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• Outstanding organization skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize various tasks
