About the role:
Join our Vulcan Aluminium site as a Trade Counter Sales. Standard hours: 8am - 4pm however, some flexibility might be offered. A willingness to learn and strong customer focus are key to success in this role. We offer support and opportunity to upskill!
What you will be responsible for:
- Assisting walk-in customers with a range of product enquiries
- Processing general phone and face to face sales enquiries
- Preparing sales quotes and orders
- Providing suitable solutions to our existing and potential customers
- Delivering excellent customer service and support through the sales process
Requirements
- Previous customer service and sales experience (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work independently and part of the team
- Attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills
