Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and supervise tool room die fitting and manufacturing activities, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks

2. Strong knowledge of die fitting activities

3. Familiar with tool room machines such as VMC, EDM, and conventional machines like Lathe, M1TR, Milling, etc

4. Manpower planning , Job allocation and performance monitoring of the team

5. Strong lead for preventive and predictive maintenance of molds and assembly fixtures

6. Handle breakdowns in molds and assembly tools on the production line

7. Ensure safe working conditions and promote a safety culture

8. Knowledge of CAD/CAM software such as NX (Unigraphics) and DELCAM.

9. Documentation as per IATF-16949

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering
