At Magical Beginnings, With Care, We Care® guides every classroom and every learning experience we provide. We're seeking a passionate, experienced Toddler/Preschool Teacher to join our team at our Plymouth location.
Qualified candidates must hold current Massachusetts EEC dual certification in Infant/Toddler and Preschool. If you're an experienced early childhood educator looking for a supportive center that values its teachers, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Need to Succeed
What You'll Do
As a Toddler/Preschool Teacher, you'll create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment where children can explore, build confidence, develop independence, and reach important developmental milestones through hands-on learning and positive relationships.
- Lead a toddler/preschool classroom, planning and implementing lesson plans, learning centers, and sensory activities that support early development
- Foster social-emotional growth, language development, and emerging independence through play-based learning and positive behavior guidance
- Support daily classroom routines, including meals, diapering, toileting, rest time, outdoor play, and transitions
- Observe and communicate children's developmental progress to families, and build strong partnerships through daily updates
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom in compliance with Massachusetts EEC regulations and ratios
- Collaborate with co-teachers and center leadership, and participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development
