Job Description & Summary

• Main responsibilities
• Lead the implementation of a cloud-based time capture solution across different member firms globally.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders during implementation activities, workshops, and solution discussions.
• Partner with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Development teams, and Operations to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to support IT transformation and change management initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and align business requirements with IT capabilities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and service optimization efforts.
• Monitor SLAs, drive operational excellence, and enhance customer/user experience.
• requirements
• +5 years of experience leading IT transformation initiatives and operational projects.
• Experience working in global and cross-cultural environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Background in change management, PMO, portfolio management, or enterprise architecture initiatives.
• Experience managing customer relationships and service delivery.
• Knowledge of information security standards (ISO 27001 is a plus).
• Customer-oriented mindset with strategic thinking capabilities.
