TikTok Shop Manager (apparel and footwear)
Location: Remote
Schedule: East Coast Time Zone (Monday - Friday 9-5 Full-Time)
USD Rate: $1,920 ($12 per hour) (based on experience, possibly more)

We're looking for an experienced TikTok Shop Manager to lead and grow TikTok Shop operations for US-based apparel and footwear brands. This is a hands-on role requiring proven experience managing the TikTok Shop backend, affiliate programs, creator collaborations, product operations, and sales growth.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record of scaling TikTok Shops, understands the US eCommerce market, and can demonstrate measurable business results.

Role Overview

As a TikTok Shop Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the TikTok Shop account, coordinating across internal teams and TikTok representatives, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in organizing workflows, improving listings, and building scalable processes.

Key Responsibilities

TikTok Shop Management

• Oversee daily operations of the TikTok Shop account
• Coordinate directly with TikTok representatives and partners
• Manage product listings, updates, and optimization

Listing & Catalog Management

• Create and manage new product listings
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and performance optimization of listings
• Organize catalog structure for scalability

Creator & Affiliate Coordination

• Work with creators and affiliates to drive product promotion
• Coordinate campaigns and ensure smooth execution
• Support relationship management with creators

Operations & Process Building

• Clean up and organize existing workflows and systems
• Build processes to support scaling the TikTok Shop operation
• Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements

Team Leadership (Future Growth)

• Transition into a management role overseeing a team
• Delegate tasks and ensure accountability across team members
• Help build and scale the TikTok Shop function internally

Tools & Environment

• TikTok Shop Seller Center
• Communication tools (Slack, email, etc.)
• Amazon MCF (Multi-Channel Fulfillment)

Requirements

Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)

• 2+ years of hands-on TikTok Shop backend management experience.
• Experience managing US-based TikTok Shop brands.
• Experience in Apparel, Fashion, or Footwear brands.
• Proven experience building and managing TikTok Affiliate Programs.
• Experience working with creators/influencers at scale.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop operations, promotions, fulfillment, and seller tools.
• Experience managing multiple brands or multiple TikTok Shops.
• Strong analytical skills and KPI reporting.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Highly Preferred

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Amazon MCF.
• Experience with US fulfillment platforms (Amazon MCF, Flexport, ShipBob, etc.).
• Experience creating SOPs and training team members.
• Experience launching or scaling TikTok Shops from scratch.
• Multi-brand agency experience.
