Job Description

Location: Fremont, OH
Pay: $19.58/hour + $0.50/hour night shift premium
Schedule: 12-hour, 2-2-3 straight night shift

Join Amcor as a Thermoforming Packer and help support daily production by inspecting and packaging finished products for customers. This is a hands-on role for someone who works well in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in quality, safety, and teamwork.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect finished products for quality and visual defects
• Pack products according to customer and Amcor specifications
• Remove and replace damaged or non-standard parts
• Sort products as directed by supervisors or Quality Assurance
• Support machine changeovers and production setup
• Complete required product and quality checks
• Keep packing and production areas clean and organized
• Follow all safety, GMP, food-safety, and operating procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to perform basic math and computer functions
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment
• Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled weekends
• Ability to stand for a 12.25-hour shift
• Ability to work in hot and cold manufacturing environments
