Job Title: Test & Evaluation Specialist
Location: Fort Huachuca, AZ On-Site
Clearance Level: Top Secret, Must Have Clearance to Start
Required Certification(s): Related certification in a military intelligence field (SIGINT, ELINT, GEOINT)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responible for the design and implementation of test procedures to determine if standards and criteria are not met. Recommends adjustments to the T & E process or detailed procedures if appropriate. Responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements; conduct audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation. Relies on manual methods and automated test tools to execute tests, assessments and collect data. Inspects, tests, and measures data that is produced or consumed. Must be able to document, notify, brief, and discuss results. Records all initial findings and documents final test results in a designated formal report. Accounts for anomalies and errors found in testing, notifies customers and management, and may help analyze and/or correct problems. Technical writing in accordance with JITC standards, working knowledge of Design of Experiments (DOE) and Science Based Test Design (SBTD) in T & E Approaches.
QUALIFICATIONS
Related certification in a Military intelligence field (i.e. SIGINT, ELINT, GEOINT)
Requires eight (8) years of specialized and/or military experience
Must have experience in one or all of the fields of Signal Intelligence, Electronic Intelligence and Geospatial Intelligence. Must also possess strong evaluation and report writing skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience in one or all of the fields of Signal Intelligence, Electronic Intelligence and Geospatial Intelligence. Must also possess strong evaluation, report writing skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Indoor atmosphere with occasional travel and outdoor testing and evaluation. Sit, stand, climb stairs, and repetitive motions.
