Skeleton Technologies is looking for a Test Engineer to join our team in Lappeenranta.

We keep the lights on when grids fluctuate, stabilising electrical infrastructure under the combined pressure of accelerating renewable energy deployment and surging AI demand.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute product validation and verification test programs.
Develop and maintain test automation for validation and verification test programs.
Create detailed test plans and comprehensive reports.
Organize and coordinate tests in external laboratories.
Develop and maintain measurement equipment.
Develop and improve test methods and procedures.

Requirements

Educational background in electrical engineering or a related field.
Familiarity with test planning, execution, and reporting.
Hands-on experience with measurement systems and test setups.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills in English and Finnish.
Previous experience in a similar role or a strong motivation to learn.
Experience with Teamcenter and Polarion is an advantage.
Willingness to travel occasionally to external test laboratories.
