Summary:
As SAP Test Lead for a S4HANA Smartfield Implementation project, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall control, precision, and reliability of testing activities by integrating advanced quality methodologies and tools. The position requires driving innovation in testing strategies, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring that testing efforts align with organizational goals to deliver superior product quality. Collaboration with various stakeholders to implement intelligent and predictive testing solutions is a key aspect of daily responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve testing frameworks and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and support team members to develop their skills and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing strategies with project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable automated test suites.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop innovative testing solutions.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
