About the Role
The Telesales Represenative strives to offer products of BPI AIA and its affiliates via telemarketing.- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to influence clients in purchasing multiple sets of insurance products.
- Listen actively, probe appropriately, and communicate feedback to build client relationships and understand their needs of the client.
- Connect and empathize with our clients and fully understand their needs.
- Influence our clients to avail insurance plan and enroll to policy.
- Accurately document enrolment details through inputting data in the system.
- Maintain quality sales service by adhering to company and industry standards.
- Maintain required sales goals on a considerate basis.
