Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Workspace ONE Technology Support Lead to own technical support operations, lead L2/L3 escalation teams, and maintain production health across a global endpoint fleet (iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, and rugged hardware). This role bridges hands-on L3 technical support, OEM vendor oversight, operational governance, and team leadership.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the daily operations of the Workspace ONE engineering/support team. Oversee incident response, operational SLAs, health checks, and change management workflows for UEM and Access environments.

Serve as the final escalation point for critical incidents involving device enrollment failures, app delivery, SCEP/PKI certificates, and Identity/SSO integrations (Okta, Azure AD/Entra ID, Ping).

Direct the staging, enrollment, and provisioning strategy for frontline rugged devices manage key technical relationships with hardware vendors such as Zebra and Honeywell for firmware, OEMConfig, and hardware-level support.

Maintain core integration components, including AirWatch Cloud Connector (ACC), Workspace ONE Tunnel, Content Gateway, and Secure Email Gateway (SEG), ensuring high availability and multi-region connectivity.

Drive operational efficiency through PowerShell, REST API, and JSON automation for bulk management, self-healing remediation, and reporting via Workspace ONE Intelligence.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- 8+ years in Unified Endpoint Management (UEM/MDM) with expertise in Omnissa Workspace ONE, including 2+ years leading technical teams or support workstreams.

Strong operational command of Workspace ONE core architecture, AD/LDAP sync, PKI/certificate delivery, and modern authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).

Proven experience coordinating with OEM hardware vendors, managing enterprise service desks, and leading cross-functional IT teams during major incidents.

Hands-on proficiency with PowerShell and REST APIs, along with strong networking fundamentals (DNS, load balancing, reverse proxies, SSL/TLS).

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in VMware Workspace ONE.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
