Summary:
As a Technology Support Engineer, a typical day involves addressing and resolving incidents and problems that affect various business system components to maintain smooth and stable operations. The role includes creating and executing change requests to improve system functionality and updating documentation to aid in efficient troubleshooting. Collaboration with external vendors and internal service management teams is a key part of the daily routine, ensuring timely analysis and resolution of issues that impact business continuity. This position requires a proactive approach to maintaining operational stability and supporting multiple teams through effective communication and coordination.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve incident resolution processes and enhance team productivity.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team to build expertise.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting with complex issues.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Incident Management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with vendors, service management teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in creating and managing Requests for Change and maintaining knowledge base documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-team environment to ensure operational stability.
- Skilled in analyzing system incidents and applying best practices to prevent recurrence.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Incident Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
