Summary:
As a Technology Support Engineer, a typical day involves addressing and resolving incidents and problems that affect various business system components to maintain smooth and stable operations. The role includes creating and executing change requests to improve system functionality and updating documentation to aid in efficient troubleshooting. Collaboration with external vendors and internal service management teams is a key part of the daily routine, ensuring timely analysis and resolution of issues that impact business continuity. This position requires a proactive approach to maintaining operational stability and supporting multiple teams across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with vendors and service management teams to facilitate issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to support troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks to operational stability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Experience in managing and executing Requests for Change to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors to resolve incidents.
- Familiarity with updating and maintaining knowledge base articles to support troubleshooting efforts.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear and concise information exchange among stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
