Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Talend Developer to design, develop, and maintain data integration solutions using Talend ETL tools. The role involves building robust data pipelines, implementing data transformation logic, and ensuring efficient data flow across enterprise systems. Strong SQL expertise is essential for data manipulation, validation, and troubleshooting across the full data lifecycle.

Technical Requirements
Core Talend & ETL Skills
Talend Expertise: 3+ years hands-on experience with Talend Open Studio, Data Integration, or Cloud
ETL Development: Design and implement ETL workflows, data mappings, and job orchestration
Job Design: Create reusable components, context variables, and metadata management
Performance Optimization: Tune Talend jobs for large-scale data processing

SQL & Database Proficiency
SQL Proficiency: Strong command of complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning
Database Platforms: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server
Data Warehousing: Dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas, DW concepts
Data Modeling: Experience with relational databases and data architecture

Data Quality & Operations
Data Quality: Implement data validation, cleansing, and error handling mechanisms
Debugging: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot data and integration issues
Version Control: Git or SVN experience for code management and collaboration

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
Candidates with exposure to the following will have a strong advantage:

REST/SOAP API integration experience
Big Data technologies: Hadoop, Spark
Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
Scripting languages: Python or Shell scripting
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology
