As a Technology Educator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that technology professionals remain competitive in the ever-evolving market. You will also be responsible for creating assessment questions that align with certification standards, ensuring that the training provided is both relevant and impactful. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Design and implement training programs that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Experience in developing training materials and assessments.
- Ability to facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops.
- Familiarity with various learning management systems and digital training tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
