Summary:
As a Technical Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. This role requires defining solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability. The professional collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that architectural designs align with business objectives and technical requirements, continuously refining and adapting solutions to meet evolving needs and challenges within the technology landscape.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure alignment with organizational standards and best practices.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures within ServiceNow ITSM environments.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and their implementation using ServiceNow.
- Ability to integrate ServiceNow ITSM solutions with other enterprise systems and platforms.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex architectural challenges related to ITSM workflows and configurations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
