Summary:
In the role of Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for platforms, products, or client engagements. This includes defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The role requires continuous evaluation and refinement of architectural frameworks to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and technological advancements, fostering innovation and efficiency across projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to promote professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align technology strategies with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration, SAP SLO Upgrades & Migrations.
- Strong expertise in system performance tuning and capacity planning within SAP environments.
- Experience in managing complex SAP landscapes including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP Basis components effectively.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of database management and integration techniques relevant to SAP systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
