Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for a specific platform, product, or client engagement. This role requires defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands a thoughtful approach to integrating various technological components, ensuring seamless operation and alignment with strategic objectives. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs is a key part of daily activities, fostering innovation and technical excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into architectural designs.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing architecture.
- Document architectural decisions and maintain architecture artifacts for future reference.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on architectural best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM WebSphere MQ.
- Experience in designing and implementing messaging solutions using IBM WebSphere MQ.
- Strong understanding of middleware technologies and integration patterns.
- Ability to analyze system performance and optimize message flows for scalability.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to message queuing and transaction management.
- Knowledge of security practices related to message-oriented middleware.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in IBM WebSphere MQ.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
