Summary:
As a Technology Architect, your day revolves around designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for platforms, products, or client engagements. You will focus on defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will ensure that the architectural designs align with strategic goals and provide a solid foundation for future growth and innovation. Your role involves continuous evaluation and refinement of technology frameworks to maintain efficiency and adaptability in dynamic environments.

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of architectural standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures.
- Experience in integrating diverse systems and platforms to create cohesive solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and their application in marketing automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative and sustainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
